Responsibilities:

• Support the Site Supervisor in ensuring efficient, safe, and code-compliant construction activities on-site.
• Foster open communication with the Site Supervisor, addressing issues promptly and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in creating and managing project schedules, reviewing technical details, plans, and design drawings for constructability.
• Oversee site safety, compliance, and conduct safety meetings, ensuring adherence to WorkSafe BC and DHD regulations.
• Coordinate with the DHD team, arrange project requirements, and manage daily meetings and timesheet records.
• Lead and develop the site team, assisting in resource allocation, hiring processes, and providing mentorship to enhance capabilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in construction management or supervisory role, preferably in multi-family projects or large-scale custom & luxury homes
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's license.
• Occupational First Aid Level 2 (asset).
• Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, BC building codes, and safety practices
