MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking a Brand Retail Production Coordinator for a 6 month contract role with a client of ours located in the Lower Mainland
Responsibilities:
- Working with Specialists and Managers to support them dealing with external partners to coordinate and deliver printed and fabricated materials to stores
- Supporting Brand and Retail partners to plan timing, installation and removal of campaign, experience, and construction deliverables
- Tracking invoices and entering financial data in appropriate tools for Brand related production projects
- Maintaining and updating the Production dashboard to keep stakeholders informed of project status
- Supporting your team in informing Stores when Branded material is incoming
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ of experience in administrative work
- 1+ years’ retail experience
- Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Comfortable supporting multiple projects at one time
- Experience or can quickly learn to work with web-based project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Smartsheet)
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment
- Thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving, and highly competitive industry
- Create strong relationships and collaborate across all levels, functions, and geographies – both internally and externally to your organization
- Experience handling invoices
- Results-driven, proactive self-starter, and are organized and focused
- Remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
