MatchBox Consulting Group is looking for a Civil Design Technologist in North Vancouver, BC. Our client is a consulting firm specializing in civil engineering and land development, tackling projects across diverse terrains in the Lower Mainland and beyond. They focus on delivering efficient, high-quality solutions while fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Design civil engineering plans for land development projects using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Prepare stormwater, sanitary, watermain, roadworks, and rezoning plans.
• Create stormwater management and erosion control plans, and subdivision/building permit designs.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subconsultants, and utilities like BC Hydro and Fortis.
• Support project execution through communication, technical accuracy, and teamwork.

Requirements

• 4+ years of civil design/drafting experience in land development.
• AScT designation and proficiency in Civil 3D software.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Collaborative, in-office work preference with occasional remote flexibility.
