What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Mentor a growing civil engineering team.
• Oversee complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring technical excellence and innovation.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to drive business development.
• Develop strategic plans, manage budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, promoting sustainability and innovative solutions.

What You Bring:

• Degree in Civil Engineering and APEGA registration.
• 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in project management and leadership.
• Multi-disciplinary experience and technical expertise in civil design.
• Entrepreneurial mindset – self-starter with a passion for building and leading teams.
• Strong network for business development in Alberta.
