MatchBox Consulting is on the hunt for a contract professional to work out of Vancouver, BC, in a hybrid work model.
Contract duration: 1 year
Responsibilities

Manage medium- to high-complexity contracts to ensure projects and operations are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Monitor and enforce contractual obligations for both client and suppliers, addressing performance issues promptly.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support sourcing initiatives and performance optimization.

Provide strategic advice and guidance to internal teams on sourcing, procurement, and contract management practices.
-
Track, forecast, and report on contract usage to ensure compliance with financial and procurement policies.
Requirements
-
Minimum 9 years of experience in contract management and administration.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for a professional environment.
Nice to Haves
-
Experience using SAP for contract or procurement functions.
-
Background or experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry.
-
Certifications in Project Management or Supply Chain Management.
