MatchBox is seeking a Controller.

Are you a CPA with deep experience in capital project financials and ready to step into a high-impact leadership role?

We’re hiring a Controller, Capital Projects for a confidential organization with decades of operational excellence in BC. Based full-time at their North Vancouver headquarters, this role sits at the heart of financial strategy and governance for large-scale capital initiatives.

You’ll work directly with the VP Finance and partner cross-functionally with project managers, senior leadership, and external stakeholders to drive accurate reporting, forecasting, cost control, and capital governance.

? What We’re Looking For:

• CPA designation and Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)

• 10+ years of experience in capital project financial management

• Expert knowledge of capital accounting under IFRS, AFE/project controls, and financial governance

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional financial operations and enhance reporting systems (JD Edwards experience preferred)
