A leading high-volume home builder in the Fraser Valley is looking for a Customer Care Warranty Representative to be the first point of contact for homeowners, helping them navigate warranty requests and home maintenance with confidence. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships, provide timely solutions, and ensure every homeowner feels supported and valued. Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to homeowner inquiries and warranty requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assessing and documenting warranty issues, working with trades and vendors to coordinate repairs.
• Scheduling and overseeing service appointments to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Maintaining accurate records of warranty claims and service history.
• Educating homeowners on warranty coverage and home maintenance best practices.
• Acting as the main point of contact for homeowners, ensuring a smooth and stress-free post-possession experience.

What You Bring:

• Experience in customer service, warranty, or homeowner relations within residential construction.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of BC home warranty guidelines is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
