on behalf of our clients, Matchbox Consulting is seeking a General Superintendent with wood frame experience. The client is a local developer but will look to self perform on their projects towards the end of 2024.  They have two developments in Permitting Phase right now and will look to break ground Sept 2024.  Both 6 storey woodframe with two underground parkade both in Surrey Central.  

General Superintendent will need to have:

• Experience in Woodframe construction & well rounded full life cycle project experience(Excavation to Occupation).
• 10 years experience as a Superintendent
• experience with site mapping, layout and preconstruction would be an asset.
