MatchBox Consulting Group is searching for a Front End Developer-ReactJS (4 month contract role) for our client in the Finance industry. This is a downtown Vancouver based in-office position.

Responsibilities:

• Work with internal stakeholders on development strategy and execution plans while meeting the functional requirements of the business
• Use effective communication skills to ensure projects and expectations are delivered successfully.
• Ensure code is delivered in a timely manner and any issues are proactively communicated to the Business Analyst and Project Manager.
• Work with one or many of the following technologies: C# .Net, SQL/NoSQL databases, JavaScript/jQuery/ReactJS, NodeJS, HTML/CSS

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience working with ReactJS
• Demonstrated proficiency with front end development using ReactJS in a professional environment
• Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must be able work in office 5 days per week (downtown Vancouver)
