Matchbox is partnering with a leading real estate development firm celebrated for its innovative and high-quality projects. This esteemed client is recognized for its commitment to excellence and client satisfaction in the real estate industry. We are seeking a dedicated Marketing and Sales Manager to drive marketing initiatives and sales strategies for their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to promote real estate projects and drive revenue growth.
• Oversee and coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and event channels.
• Lead and manage a team of marketing and sales professionals to meet performance goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives, making data-driven adjustments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in marketing and sales, with a minimum of 2 years in real estate development.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms relevant to real estate.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and develop effective marketing strategies.
