We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer specializing in pressure control and compression systems for natural gas applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing engineering expertise, particularly in compressor station design, maintenance, and upgrades. This role requires a strong understanding of pressure control systems and the ability to act as the Engineer of Record (EOR) for critical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Engineer of Record (EOR) for pressure control and compression projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain pressure control and compression systems for natural gas facilities.
• Apply engineering principles to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify equipment installations and system performance.
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, including project managers, contractors, and technical staff.
• Apply engineering stamp and seal on technical documents as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7-10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on pressure control and compression.
• Proven experience as an Engineer of Record for compressor station projects.
• Valid engineering license in Canada, with the ability to apply an engineering seal on relevant work.
• Strong understanding of natural gas systems, compression technologies, and related equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on compression projects at natural gas facilities.
• Familiarity with local regulatory standards and industry best practices.
