On behalf of our clients, Matchbox Consulting is seeking an Industrial Tilt-Up Project Coordinator. As the Industrial Tilt-Up Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the successful planning and execution of tilt-up construction projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are meticulously coordinated and executed to meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Collaborate with the project team to develop comprehensive plans, including construction schedules, resource allocation, and materials procurement, in accordance with project specifications and client requirements.

2. Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets, providing cost estimates and tracking expenses to maintain budget compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Permitting and Compliance: Facilitate the acquisition of necessary permits and ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards throughout the construction process.

4. Subcontractor Coordination: Oversee the selection and coordination of subcontractors, ensuring they deliver high-quality workmanship on schedule and within budget.

5. Quality Control: Implement and maintain a rigorous quality control program, conducting regular inspections to identify and address any construction issues or deficiencies promptly.

6. Communication: Act as a central point of contact for project-related communications, fostering strong relationships with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient project progress.

7. Safety: Champion a safety-first culture on-site, promoting best practices, conducting safety meetings, and adhering to safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience 3 years in coordinating industrial tilt-up construction projects.
• Solid understanding of construction principles, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
