MatchBox Consulting Group is hiring on behalf of our clients a boutique developer-builder in North Vancouver specializing in high-quality residential and mixed-use projects. We’re looking for an experienced Project Director to lead our construction efforts and drive projects from pre-construction to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Lead project teams and collaborate with design, development, and sales teams.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Build relationships with consultants, trades, and municipal officials.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years in construction, with 5+ in leadership roles.
• Degree/diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, permitting, and project management tools.
• PMP or Gold Seal Certification is an asset.
