MatchBox Consulting Group is looking for a Project Manager in Kelowna, BC.

Responsibilities: 

• Set up, manage, and maintain project activities throughout the project life cycle
• Maintain accountability for project budget, costs, timelines, and ensure accurate monthly forecasts
• Serve as the primary liaison with clients, designers, site superintendents, subtrades, and other stakeholders
• Organize project teams into effective workgroups
• Guide teams to produce deliverables according to specifications

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in a project role with a mid-size to large general contractor
• Hold a degree/diploma in engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven leadership skills with a hands-on approach to motivate project teams from start to finish
• Flexible with occasional travel to project sites
