MatchBox Consulting Group is looking for a Property Administrator in Calgary, AB. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals to leverage a diverse set of skills and gain experience across various aspects of property management. You'll have the chance to manage multiple properties, oversee day-to-day operations, and engage in tasks ranging from tenant relations to financial management, ensuring that your role is both dynamic and fulfilling.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including tenant relations, maintenance, and lease management.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Coordinate and supervise property maintenance and repairs, ensuring work is completed efficiently and up to standards.
- Maintain accurate property records, including lease agreements, tenant documentation, and maintenance logs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Property Administrator or in a similar role within property management.
- Strong understanding of property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of relevant property management regulations and laws in Calgary.
