MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking an Salesforce QA Engineer for a 12 month contract role with a client of ours located in Vancouver.

Responsibilities:

• Learn product architecture and design, analyze complex requirements, seek to understand the business implications, craft quality test cases, and carry out the appropriate level of testing using the right tools to be efficient and effective. I.e. UI, Integration, REST APIs, APIs, Business End to End, Database, Load
• Craft Test Plans, coordinate test activities, and report test coverage and risks
• Write succinct and accurate defects, and support post-test diagnosis in the most efficient and effective way
• Establish common work processes, standards, and tools; coordinate test activities across teams to meet business and customer needs

Requirements:

• 4-7 years direct experience as a tester for major application integration projects or major application product releases
• Strong experience testing Salesforce applications
• 2-4 years direct experience in the design, development and implementation of QA Best Practices
• 2-4 years in designing, implementing, and maintaining regression tests for enterprise software across multiple platforms
• Experience with Postman, Jenkins CI, Zephyr JIRA plugin, JMeter, SQL query language
