What You’ll Do:

• Handle full-cycle accounting in a construction or project-based setting
• Prepare financial reports, manage budgets, and perform job cost tracking
• Work closely with project managers and operational teams to align financial reporting with project delivery
• Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting packages
• Contribute to financial process improvements as the company scales

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of accounting experience in construction, engineering, or architectural services
• CPA designation or actively pursuing CPA (PEP enrolled or near completion preferred)
• Proficiency with job costing, project accounting, and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Must be able to attend the office five days per week in the Fraser Valley
