MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking a Senior Product Designer for a 6 month contract role at one of our clients based in Vancouver
Responsibilities:
- Developing seamless, functional, and intuitive UI mock-ups and prototypes for new features across the website and the mobile app to develop the new loyalty program
- Championing innovative ideas and continuous improvement opportunities by identifying points of friction and providing solutions to optimize the existing user experience
- Presenting user flows, mock-ups, and prototypes to a variety of internal teams and key stakeholders across the business to develop the new loyalty program
- Making strategic design and user experience decisions
- Advocating for the user across the digital products you oversee in collaboration with the user research team
Requirements:
- 4+ years as a UX/UI Designer, Digital Product Designer, or similar UX-related role
- Basic frontend development knowledge in HTML and CSS
- Previous experience building an ecommerce loyalty program
- Current portfolio demonstrating UX principles, processes, and core skills across a breadth of capabilities including research, information architecture, prototyping, and visual communication
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and synthesize feedback
- Proficient in using Figma, Adobe Cloud or similar design and prototyping tools
- Experience conducting user research and user testing methods
