MatchBox Consulting is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager (Workday) for a 15-month contract role with our Victoria based client. BC based candidates may work primarily remote, though occasional travel to Victoria will be required.

QUALIFICATIONS
 

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a formal Project Management role, including at least 7 years’ experience at a senior level, including project managing highly complex enterprise resource planning system implementation projects
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant discipline, such as Accounting, Law, Finance, or Business
• PMP or other equivalent project management designation
• Experience managing Workday Financials implementation projects preferred
• Experience working with institutional investors and Finance teams in particular
• Proficient with MS Teams, MS Project and Smartsheet
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to positively interact with and influence peers, managers and senior leaders, and executives
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal, communication, facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills
