What You’ll Do:

• Lead a skilled team with a solution-focused, can-do attitude
• Plan and schedule work effectively, ensuring efficient production flow
• Maintain high-quality standards and ensure projects are completed on time and to client specifications
• Oversee the manufacturing of custom commercial millwork from start to finish, ensuring the use of proper techniques and materials
• Operate and supervise the use of woodworking tools and equipment
• Read and interpret technical drawings accurately
• Identify and resolve challenges to maintain productivity

What You Bring:

• At least 5 years of professional millwork experience
• Proven experience leading a manufacturing team
• Expertise in custom commercial millwork production
• Strong organizational and delegation skills
• Proficiency with woodworking tools and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Problem-solving skills to address production challenges
