MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Senior High Rise Superintendent

A leading construction company in Surrey, BC is currently seeking a Senior High Rise Superintendent to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual with at least 10 years of experience in high rise construction management.

Responsibilities:

• The Senior High Rise Superintendent will be responsible for managing and leading the high rise construction team, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• They will work closely with the project manager and other team members to develop project schedules and identify any potential risks or issues.
• The Senior High Rise Superintendent will also be responsible for managing and coordinating subcontractors, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in high rise construction management.
• They should have a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques, as well as experience managing and leading a team.
• A degree or diploma in a related field is preferred, but not required.

Salary:

• The salary for this position is $175K+ per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
