MatchBox Consulting Group is looking for a Multi-Family Residential Superintendent in Edmonton, AB. Based in Alberta, our client is a dynamic construction firm offering a full spectrum of services, including general construction, design-build, and construction management. They foster an entrepreneurial environment, providing mentorship for employee growth and encouraging individuals to shape their own paths to success.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all site construction activities and supervise all field personnel to successfully complete the project, including overseeing quality control and construction safety practices.
• Supervise all trade and field personnel, maintain the job site office, and ensure site security.
• Responsible for day-to-day scheduling, cost control, and coordination of subtrades, as well as staff and equipment.
• Manage the closing out of projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Superintendent.
• Proven track record of successfully managing at least 2 wood frame multi-family condo or mixed-use projects from inception to completion.
• Relevant education in construction management, engineering, or possession of a Red Seal trade certification.
