MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in Tilt-Up Construction. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing on-site construction activities and delivering high-quality projects on time, on budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily on-site operations for industrial/commercial tilt-up construction projects.
• Manage subcontractors, trades, and site personnel to ensure timelines and quality expectations are met.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols on site.
• Conduct regular site meetings and inspections, and maintain clear communication with project managers, consultants, and clients.
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications; identify conflicts and facilitate resolutions in a timely manner.
• Track project progress, maintain daily reports, and ensure accurate documentation including safety logs and inspection records.
• Assist with pre-construction planning, scheduling, and logistics.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience supervising Tilt-Up construction projects in industrial or commercial settings.
• Strong knowledge of concrete forming systems, crane operations for panel lifting, and large-scale site coordination.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with construction scheduling tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites throughout the Lower Mainland.
