The Opportunity: As the Site Superintendent, you will oversee the entire construction process of this exciting new project. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Lead and supervise all site personnel, including subcontractors and labor forces, maintaining alignment with project objectives.
• Oversee project logistics, including material delivery, storage, and equipment usage, ensuring efficient operations.
• Implement quality control protocols to guarantee all construction meets or exceeds the specified standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on project progress.
• Address and resolve challenges and delays, employing problem-solving skills to maintain project momentum.
• Promote a safe, respectful work environment, conducting safety audits and training as needed.

Qualifications:

• Solid experience in leading wood-frame construction projects, with a portfolio of successful completions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and codes, with a focus on wood-frame structures.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proven ability to solve problems effectively and adapt to project changes.
• Strong commitment to safety, with experience in enforcing safety standards on-site.
• Relevant certifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field are preferred.
