MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking a Technical Office Administrator for a permanent position with a client of ours located in the lower mainland.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Monitor the leads coming in for our clients on a regular basis and inform the team if there are any inconsistencies.
  • Check conversations and ensure that the interactive response with lead are accurate, inform the team if any deviation
  • Check for the Sent call reminders by our bot to the sales representative and the customer before the scheduled call in timeline
  • Monitor that the scheduled calls are triggered at the specific time scheduled.
  • Check if the sales representatives are correctly assigned in the Leads section and Integrations for all active integration accounts/clients.

Requirements:
 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in lead monitoring, lead generation, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Good understanding of marketing and sales principles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
