MatchBox Consulting Group is currently searching for a Technology Operations Specialist for a 6 month contract roles at one of our clients based in Vancouver

Responsibilities:

  • Unboxing and setup of new technology hardware, including but not limited to laptops, tablets, cellphones, printers and networking hardware
  • Pre-provisioning and profile setup of new technology hardware
  • Coordinating the shipment and setup of new technology hardware to remote users
  • Coordinating the on-site installations of new technology hardware
  • Supporting the users in the start-up of new technology hardware
  • Maintaining accurate asset inventory within the ITAM system
  • Disposing of end-of-life technology hardware

Requirements:

  • Very strong customer service and communication skills
  • 2+ years servicing and deploying endpoints at medium to large-scale enterprises
  • 2+ years of experience with administering device management platforms such as Intune and JAMF
  • Strong understanding of Group Policy, AD, Azure AD
  • Experience with forecasting and reporting on device usages
