Matchbox Consulting Group is seeking a Training Coordinator to work on a 1-year contract for one of BC's largest utility and energy companies.
Location: Burnaby, BC | Hybrid (2 days in office)

Responsibilities:

• Support the creation and implementation of change management plans by conducting current and future state needs assessments across multiple disciplines to guide the client organization through change.
• Assist in developing and delivering change management activities, such as stakeholder engagement, training, and communications, by collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of change initiatives.
• Apply change tactics for process, technical, and system transitions by leveraging strong knowledge of change management techniques to support people through change.
• Deliver progress reports with supporting metrics by planning, creating, and facilitating presentations using advanced MS Office skills to keep stakeholders informed of project status and change impacts.
• Analyze stakeholder engagement and develop qualitative reports using databases, information systems, and surveys to track stakeholder impacts and adjust change management plans as necessary.

Requirements:

• A minimum one (1) to two (2) years experience in designing, developing, and delivering training within a project environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, Technology, Business, or related discipline
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Experience with SharePoint and web authoring
• Experience in coordinating and supporting Training delivery
• Basic reporting and data manipulation skills (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with Change Management on Technology projects 
• Experience in SAP or other ERP systems considered an asset
• Experience working in Procurement, Contract Management or related Supply Chain functions an asset
