MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking a Business Analyst for 12 month contract role with a client of ours located in Vancouver/Victoria.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work on the IT Service Management Project. The project’s primary objective is to replace the current IT Service Management (ITSM) tool with an Enterprise Service Management Tool. The project is currently in the pre-implementation phase.

Team Environment:

This candidate will work with our operational e-Commerce team located at the Atrium
