MatchBox Consulting Group has partnered with a prominent real estate development and investment firm seeking a Director of Property Management to lead its growing property management division. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on leader to build and manage a high-performing team while driving operational excellence across a diverse property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic operations of property management functions, including leasing, tenant relations, and property maintenance.
• Develop and implement scalable operational processes and systems to support growth.
• Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Oversee financial performance, including budget management and cost control measures.
• Collaborate with key departments to ensure seamless operations and tenant satisfaction.
• Travel biweekly to Kelowna and Vancouver Island for site visits and meetings.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of property management experience, with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven success in managing property operations and scaling business functions.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and operational tools.
• Willingness to travel regularly within British Columbia.
