Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project specifications and drawings to define scope and prepare comprehensive estimates.
• Lead the development of project budgets, schedules, and cost analyses from the design phase through to execution.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs using Onscreen Takeoff and Excel.
• Collaborate with trades and suppliers to secure accurate pricing and manage bid proposals.
• Present cost strategies and value-engineering options to clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee project handovers, ensuring seamless transition to operations teams.
• Attend and contribute to client, consultant, and trade meetings during pre-construction.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with a General Contractor working on commercial, multi-family residential, or institutional projects
• Proven proficiency with Onscreen Takeoffs and Excel 
• Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgeting, and contract negotiation.
• Knowledge of Bluebeam and earthworks software is an asset.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
