MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer for a permanent role with a start-up Fintech client of ours located in Vancouver.

This is a fully remote role where you will be collaboratively working with the core development team on various projects. They are looking for someone with the ability to take ownership of a project and provide mentorship to junior members of the team. 

Responsibilities: 

• Create high quality, efficient React applications and tests, following industry best practices
• Design and implement robust, test-driven backend code for various client projects with Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS cloud
• Design, development, and integrate RestAPIs
• Provide mentorship to junior members of the team and carry out paired programming sessions

Requirements: 

• Strong experience with the React, Typescript and reactive programming concepts
• Experience integrating RestAPIs
• Experience with responsive web design
