MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a skilled Senior Superintendent to help drive the success of one of our diverse clients, a prominent construction and development firm based in Surrey, BC. 
As a Senior Superintendent, you will lead from the front, managing a team of skilled workers while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities
•    Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
•    Supervise and coordinate daily activities of project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
•    Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, fostering a culture of safety on-site.
•    Develop and implement project schedules, including tracking milestones and resolving any delays.
•    Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
•    Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other key project records.
•    Monitor and manage project costs and financials, including change orders and forecasting.

Requirements
•    Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or senior management role.
•    Proven experience managing large-scale wood frame and parkade projects
•    Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
•    Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
•    Experience using project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).
•    Construction-related certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, or related certifications) preferred.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
