Matchbox is working with a private real estate group to find a Senior Property Manager to oversee a luxury residential development in West Vancouver. With a long-standing team member retiring, they’re looking for someone who can take full ownership of operations and help guide the portfolio forward.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-service environment, has a sharp eye for detail, and enjoys blending hands-on property management with strategic asset oversight. You’ll report directly to the VP of Real Estate and play a key role in both day-to-day operations and long-term planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations at a luxury development, ensuring top-tier service and maintenance standards
• Oversee on-site teams (concierge, housekeeping, maintenance) and external vendors
• Manage leasing, resident experience, and tenant communications
• Support and lead capital projects and building improvements
• Monitor asset performance, budgets, and long-term plans across the portfolio
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and legal regulations
• Coordinate and report on property performance and financials to senior leadership

Requirements

• Strong experience in residential property management, ideally in luxury or strata settings
• Confident managing both people and building systems
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Professional presence—this is a suit-and-tie environment
• Must have a vehicle and be able to pass a criminal record check
• Proficiency with property management software and financial systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
