The Opportunity
A dynamic and collaborative landscape architecture team is seeking an Intermediate Landscape Architect to join their Burnaby studio. This is a hybrid role, with at least three days per week spent in-office, offering the chance to work on a wide variety of transformative public realm projects across Western Canada.

You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary environment focused on design excellence, innovation, and community impact—bringing creativity and technical skill to projects such as urban revitalization, green infrastructure, parks, and ecological restoration.

You bring both creative vision and the technical expertise to carry projects from concept through construction. You enjoy working in a team environment and thrive when contributing to meaningful projects that benefit the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage landscape architecture projects of varying scales

• Develop concept plans, detailed designs, and construction documentation

• Provide project management and contract administration services

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders

• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a supportive team culture

Qualifications

• Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution

• Registered Landscape Architect (or eligible for registration) with BCSLA or an affiliated association

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in landscape architecture

• Proficiency in AutoCAD

• Strong design and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail

• Experience with project management and construction administration

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license

Assets

• A portfolio showcasing strong design and built work

• Experience working on projects in British Columbia

• Familiarity with Revit

• Interest in business development and pursuing new project opportunities
