As a Superintendent, you will lead from the front, managing a team of skilled workers while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities:

• Lead construction phases including preconstruction and site logistics
• Partner with Senior Project Leader on project delivery: safety, schedule, budget, client satisfaction
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, fostering a culture of safety on-site.
• Develop project schedules using Last Planner System and 3-week lookaheads
• Manage workforce productivity, employee development, and training
• Review plans, specs, and project documentation for constructability
• Support financial oversight and forecasting with the Project Manager
• Facilitate field trade meetings and month-end reviews

Requirements:

• 5+ years trade experience or post-secondary education
• 5+ years in a superintendent or similar project leadership role
• Journeyman trade certificate or equivalent
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
• Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Experience using project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).
• Construction-related certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, or related certifications) preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
