Job Title: Multi-Family Site Superintendent

Location: Calgary, AB (Site-Based)

About the Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Multi-Family Site Superintendent to lead and oversee site operations for a major multi-family residential community in Calgary. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on quality control, safety, and team coordination on large-scale, wood-frame mid-rise projects. If you are passionate about leading site teams and ensuring the successful delivery of complex residential projects, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day site operations for multi-family construction projects, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

• Oversee trades and subcontractors, maintaining project schedules and scopes.

• Enforce safety policies and actively participate in safety meetings.

• Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, and suppliers to maintain project alignment.

• Manage site documentation, daily reports, and inspections to ensure compliance.

• Support the onboarding and training of junior staff as needed.

• Contribute to project planning and lookahead scheduling.

• Foster a positive and solution-oriented work environment on site.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in residential construction, including site supervision.

• Proven expertise in wood-frame, mid-rise multifamily residential projects.

• Strong understanding of building codes, OH&S standards, and site compliance.

• Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, budgets, and trade coordination.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Experience with construction management software (Procore or similar) is an asset.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Red Seal) are a plus.
