About Our Client:

Our client is a reputable construction firm specializing in new build ICI projects with a focus on concrete and tilt-up construction. With a commitment to employee well-being and job security, our client offers a supportive work environment where team members can thrive both personally and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead new construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Direct and supervise on-site construction teams, including crew members and subcontractors, to ensure work is performed safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project success.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders, to support project tracking and reporting requirements.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development among team members.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in new construction, particularly in concrete and ICI projects.
• Located in Richmond, Langley, or Surrey, with the flexibility to travel to project sites across the Lower Mainland.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
