MatchBox Consulting is seeking an energetic Inside Sales/CRM Manager to join our client, a fast-growing trucking and logistics company based in Surrey. This role is ideal for a driven individual who is passionate about customer relationships, sales strategy, and growing into a future leadership role such as Sales Manager or Territory Manager.

In this role, you will manage incoming sales inquiries, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and ensure the client’s CRM system is up-to-date and optimized. You’ll work closely with the Operations and Dispatch teams to coordinate services, provide outstanding customer support, and proactively identify new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to all incoming client inquiries and leads.

• Maintain, update, and optimize CRM records to track leads, accounts, and opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

• Support the development of quotes, proposals, and service agreements.

• Coordinate with dispatch and operations to ensure timely service delivery.

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow accounts.

• Track sales performance and report key metrics to management.

• Assist with the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of inside sales or CRM management experience, preferably in the trucking or logistics sector.

• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

• Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

• Highly motivated with a desire to move into an outside sales or management role.
