Responsibilities:
•    Lead daily health and safety compliance on active high-rise construction sites
•    Conduct site inspections, safety audits, toolbox talks, and safety orientations
•    Enforce policies and procedures in alignment with WorkSafeBC regulations
•    Collaborate with site supervisors, project managers, and subcontractors to promote a proactive safety culture
•    Maintain detailed records and reporting, and act as the primary point of contact for WorkSafeBC

Requirements:
•    Valid CSO certification (Occupational First Aid Level 2 is a plus)
•    2–5+ years of experience in construction site safety, ideally on high-rise concrete projects
•    Strong knowledge of WorkSafeBC standards, incident investigation, and construction site best practices
•    Excellent communication skills and a calm, proactive approach to site challenges
•    Passion for safety, consistency, and building long-term relationships
