MatchBox Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our client’s Operations team in greater Vancouver. The role focuses on assisting Project Managers with scheduling, quality control, safety compliance, and day-to-day site coordination to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support scheduling, planning, and daily site activities

• Lead quality assurance tasks and maintain QMP compliance

• Record minutes, complete checklists, and conduct site walkthroughs

• Communicate with homeowners, engineers, and internal teams

• Upload reports and maintain project documentation (e.g., Buzzsaw, Kheops)

• Conduct safety audits and orientations; ensure environmental compliance

• Participate in project meetings and track materials/quantities

• Draft and manage NCRs, OFIs, RFIs as required

Qualifications:

• Understanding of road construction, QMPs, and testing requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication and organizational skills

• OFA Level 1 or higher, Fall Protection, QA/QC training

• Preferred: Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, PMP or Gold Seal Certification
