Matchbox Consulting Group has partnered with a well-established industrial firm based in Surrey that delivers large-scale, complex projects across Vancouver and the surrounding region. Known for their commitment to innovation, safety, and quality, they are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to take the lead on upcoming industrial builds.

As Senior Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing full-cycle project delivery, from planning and procurement through to execution and closeout. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, build strong relationships with clients and consultants, and ensure that all work is completed safely, on time, and on budget.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the execution of large-scale industrial projects from preconstruction through to turnover
• Developing detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinating cross-functional teams, consultants, and subcontractors
• Managing scope changes, tracking project costs, and resolving variances
• Acting as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, including owners and vendors
• Ensuring safety, quality, and compliance standards are met on-site
• Identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background managing large industrial construction projects
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse project teams
• Familiarity with construction methodologies, safety protocols, and contract management
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Proficiency with project management tools and construction software
