MatchBox consulting is on the hunt for a Senior Project Manager to work out of Calgary, AB.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and closeout for complex commercial, institutional, and industrial builds.

• Manage financials, schedules, safety, quality, and stakeholder communication across multiple projects.

• Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth.

• Champion lean construction practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support business development through client engagement and collaboration on project pursuits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing ICI (institutional, commercial, industrial) construction projects.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore); knowledge of Lean principles is a plus.

• Post-secondary education in construction management or a related field.
