PROJECT COORDINATOR – Developer/Builder | Vancouver HQ (Transit Accessible) | $70K–$80K + Bonus + Perks

Our client is a well-capitalized, private developer-builder with significant land holdings and a strong pipeline of wood-frame and concrete residential projects across BC. With multiple active sites and more coming online, they’re looking to add a Project Coordinator to their lean, high-performing construction team.

You’ll work directly with a seasoned Project Manager and report to the VP of Construction—supporting two major builds from the ground up. It’s a hands-on, high-trust role that offers rapid growth, real project ownership, and exposure to both development and construction.

What You Bring

• 1+ year of construction experience (wood-frame and/or concrete)

• Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills

• Confidence working with trades, subs, and consultants

• Willingness to travel to sites in Coquitlam, Mission, Tsawwassen, and Vancouver Island

• A positive, organized, and proactive mindset with a drive to learn and lead
