MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking an Operational Support -ServiceNow professional for a 6- month contract role (with possibility of extension)  with a client of ours located in Victoria. This position can work fully remote anywhere in Canada on or close to  PST Hours

Experience Required

3+ Years experience with Communication/Service Design on similar ServiceNow Projects

Description

The resource performing this role will have knowledge, understanding and proven experience with:
 

• Design Thinking
• User-Centered Practices
• Systems thinking to help organizations improve and innovate their services

This resource will collaborate with diverse stakeholders including end-users to:

• Understand Needs
• Map Service Journeys
• Co-create solutions that deliver value to both individual users and the province as a whole

The resource will be responsible for facilitating workshops, creating visualizations of complex systems and contributing to the development of service blueprints and other design artifacts

Core Competencies
 

• Experience in the field of Service Design, applying design thinking and human centered approaches to improve end to end service experiences
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews, workshops, journey mapping and usability testing
• Experience designing and delivering co-creation workshops with a variety of stakeholders to collaboratively identify pain points, opportunities, and solutions
• Experience creating service blueprints, journey maps and other visual tools to document and communicate service insights
• Experience working in agile development environments alongside product managers, UX designers, developers, and other team members to iteratively design and improve services
• Knowledge and application of systems thinking to analyze and understand complex service ecosystems
• Experience developing prototypes for service concepts ranging from low fidelity to detailed representations of end to end service iterations
• Experience using storytelling and visualization to communicate design concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
• Familiarity with service design standards and patterns as well as best practices in accessibility and inclusion
• Experience mentoring and supporting less experienced practitioners in service design methods and tools
