Site Superintendent – Residential Projects (Northern BC Rotation)
Full-time | Fly-In/Fly-Out | Wood Frame Residential | 50–100 Units

MatchBox Consulting Group is working with a respected Vancouver-based developer-builder to find an experienced Site Superintendent for a rotation-based project in Northern BC. Flights to and from site are provided. If you are a hands-on leader who thrives in the field and takes pride in delivering high-quality multi-family builds, we want to hear from you.

The Opportunity
You will take charge of a wood-frame residential development of 50–100 units. Working alongside a strong team and experienced trades, you will be responsible for full-site supervision, ensuring the project stays on schedule and is built to spec. The rotation schedule allows for focused time on site with travel and accommodation covered.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes

• Monitor productivity, enforce quality control, and resolve site issues

• Work closely with the Project Manager to track timelines and procurement

• Manage deficiency work and ensure successful close-out

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent on wood-frame residential builds

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, underground parkade, and general building systems

• Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and communicate clearly

• Strong scheduling and coordination skills

• Commitment to health, safety, and quality on site
