Job Title: Project Manager – Concrete Residential or ICI Construction
Location: Vancouver, BC

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead construction projects in the residential concrete or ICI sector in the Vancouver area. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing mid- to large-scale projects from pre-construction through to completion, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. You will oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of construction projects, from site preparation to turnover

• Collaborate with superintendents, estimators, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution

• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics; proactively mitigate risks

• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders and clients

• Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and internal quality standards

• Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of materials and services

• Develop and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships

• Track project progress and prepare documentation, including change orders and RFIs

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in concrete residential or ICI construction

• Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar projects independently

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.), and budgeting tools

• Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

• PMP certification or Gold Seal Certification is an asset

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to sites within the Lower Mainland
