Job Title: Project Coordinator – Concrete Residential or ICI Construction
Location: Vancouver, BC

Overview:
A dynamic and growing construction firm in Vancouver is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality concrete residential or ICI (Institutional, Commercial, Industrial) projects. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in construction coordination who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow into a more senior project management role over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in the planning and execution of construction projects

• Coordinate project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports

• Support tendering and procurement processes, including soliciting quotes and preparing bid packages

• Track project schedules and budgets; assist with updating and distributing schedules

• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and municipal authorities as needed

• Help ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards on site

• Attend project meetings and take meeting minutes

• Maintain organized project files and records in accordance with company systems

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role within the concrete residential or ICI construction sectors

• Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative and learn

• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for site visits
