MatchBox Consulting seeking an experienced Environmental Professional to support the delivery of large-scale infrastructure and energy-related projects. This role will assist a team of senior environmental specialists by coordinating fieldwork logistics, managing consultants, organizing data, and supporting regulatory and permitting documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate field schedules and logistics with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Manage the flow of environmental data, documentation, and information
- Support permitting and regulatory reporting efforts
- Assist with document reviews, compliance tracking, and communications
- Help ensure timely progress on environmental deliverables
Must Have
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Experience supporting environmental field programs or regulatory processes
- Ability to manage documentation and track environmental data
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
- Comfortable working in a hybrid or remote environment aligned to PST hours
Nice to Have
- Experience in permitting and regulatory compliance for infrastructure or energy projects
- Familiarity with consultant management and contract coordination
- Knowledge of environmental legislation and reporting standards
- Background in biology, environmental science, or related field
