MatchBox Consulting is on the hunt for a Communications Admin to work out of Vancouver, BC.
Location: Vancouver, BC
Duration: 5 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Compose, write, and edit communication materials, including newsletters, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate tracking tools and create progress reports using MS Office and SharePoint.
- Contribute to communication plan development and consult on project or initiative needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Support digital customer-facing communications across web, mobile, social media, e-newsletters, and online campaigns.
- Plan, implement, and adjust content and campaigns based on analytics and trends.
- Assist with content editing, formatting documents, resizing images, updating templates, and general content management.
Qualifications / Must-Haves:
- Minimum two years of communication support experience or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail for reviewing and updating content.
- Basic content editing skills (PowerPoint, formatting, templates).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Business, Marketing, or related field.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with website content management systems.
- Experience or interest in education.
- Additional marketing or digital communications training or accreditation.
