MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking a Sales Development Specialist for a 12 month contract role with a client of ours located in Vancouver

Responsibilities: 

• Partnering with Senior Manager, Wholesale Operations in analyzing sales trends, stock levels, and POS data to identify and pursue future sales opportunities.
• Supporting seasonal launches and campaigns by ensuring sales systems and tools are ready and optimized.
• Partnering with sales teams to develop strategic assortments and promotional opportunities based on market data and competitive insights.
• Collaborating with planning and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product flow.
• Supporting cross-functional projects and representing Commercial Operations in system-related initiatives.
• Auditing our orderbooks to align on Global and Regional flow
• Supporting projects from all members of the Wholesale Operations Team

Requirements: 

• 3 years of experience in sales, project management, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Tables, Formulas, Charts, vLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), Business Intelligence tools, and web reporting platforms.
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills and experience writing professional documentation.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, while collaborating effectively across teams.
• Passion for technology and improving processes through digital tools.
